All our knitwear are hand-knitted in Nepal by our women knitters in their homes situated on the foothills of the beautiful Himalayan range. This mittens is perfect companion for your outdoor activities and provides extra fall & winter weather coverage without the itchiness of wool.

  • Dry clean or Hand-wash, do not wring or twist
  • Reshape and dry flat. Do not bleach. Do not iron

RETURNS: You can return eligible items within 15 days of receiving an order. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Shipping fees are non-refundable. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you have a return, you must send us an email at info@hamrovillage.com explaining the reason for your return. We will issue Return Authorization Number. Without RAN, your return will not be accepted.

Custom made order items are not eligible

EXCHANGES: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@hamrovillage.com 

REFUNDS: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card
or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 
SALE ITEMS: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

FOR U.S. CUSTOMERS RETURNS: We do not accept packages that require custom duty and taxes. If you are returning and the item requires custom form, please put the value as $0, with "Defective Canadian Goods Return".
