Our eco-printing process is entirely free of synthetic inks, dyes, or pigments, ensuring an environmentally friendly product. Each scarf is crafted using real leaf pigments, producing warm, earthy tones. The fabric is carefully wrapped with leaves, steamed for three hours, and left to rest for 12 hours before being washed with sea salt water and sun-dried. The result is a truly remarkable, one-of-a-kind piece.

COMPOSITION: Merino wool & Chiffon
CARE: Hand-wash using warm water and a mild detergent, then squeeze gently and hang to dry.
NOTE: Our scarfs are handmade, therefore may vary in size and colour. Each piece is unique and therefore cannot be exactly duplicated.

SHIPPING: Orders are ship within 4 to 5 business days from Canadian warehouse via UPS, FedEx or Canada Post.

RETURNS: You can return eligible items within 15 days of receiving an order. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Shipping fees are non-refundable. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you have a return, you must send us an email at info@hamrovillage.com explaining the reason for your return. We will issue Return Authorization Number. Without RAN, your return will not be accepted.

EXCHANGES: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@hamrovillage.com
REFUNDS: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card
or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
SALE ITEMS: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
FOR U.S. CUSTOMERS RETURNS: We do not accept packages that require custom duty and taxes. If you are returning and the item requires custom form, please put the value as $0, with "Defective Canadian Goods Return".
