Due to the handmade and upcycled characteristics, colors and designs cannot be predetermined or selected for our items. Each piece is a one-of-a-kind surprise and may not be identical to the photo displayed (photos are for demonstrative purposes only).

CARE: Care for the product by washing it with similar colors on a gentle cycle.
Please be aware that monitor settings can cause slight variations in the displayed colors.
SHIPPING: Orders are ship within 4 to 5 business days from Canadian warehouse via UPS, FedEx or Canada Post.

RETURNS: You can return eligible items within 15 days of receiving an order. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Shipping fees are non-refundable. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you have a return, you must send us an email at info@hamrovillage.com explaining the reason for your return. We will issue Return Authorization Number. Without RAN, your return will not be accepted.

EXCHANGES: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@hamrovillage.com
REFUNDS: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card
or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
SALE ITEMS: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
FOR U.S. CUSTOMERS RETURNS: We do not accept packages that require custom duty and taxes. If you are returning and the item requires custom form, please put the value as $0, with "Defective Canadian Goods Return".
